Nokia Set to Launch X7 Next Month
Nokia is planning to launch the Nokia X7 sometime next month in India.  The device will come loaded with the latest version of the Symbian operating system called Anna.
“We are planning to launch X7 in this quarter in India,” said a Nokia spokesperson. He also revealed that even Symbian Anna has a new browser and which is expected to be three times faster in comparison to the existing browser.
The Nokia X7, which weighs 146 grams, boasts the same 4-inch Nokia ClearBlack AMOLED display with 16 million colors and 640 x 360 pixel resolutions will be priced at around 380 Euros, roughly equal to Rs. 25,000. The device, which offers a brand new look with an enhanced interface for fluid gesture movement, is powered by identical 680MHz ARM 11 processor and Broadcom BCM2727 GPU combination as the N8, 1GB of ROM and 256 MB RAM, and will come with a 8GB microSD card pre-installed that can be upgraded to 32GB.
Additionally, the new entertainment smartphone also supports a 8MP camera which is the same as the E7.  It features geo-tagging and face detection, WiFi support, Bluetooth 3.0 and USB connectivity. It is also installed with a 1200mAh battery that offers up to 450 hours of standby and some 4.5 hours of talk time on 3G networks.
Nokia has no exact date for the launch of the smartphone, but the company is certain that the new device offers all the features which other superior devices have in it.
