2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan
Bummer: A thing that is annoying or disappointing! Oh yes, we’re annoyed, disappointed and then some more as we’re hearing that the 2011 Ford Fiesta Sedan will be launched only in July or August 2011. And we’re pretty sure that plenty of folks eagerly waiting for the 2011 Fiesta Sedan’s launch would be be less than pleased to hear this.
But, the fact remains that Ford India isn’t to blame for this as the launch was originally scheduled for sometime in June-July 2011. The preview of the 2011 Fiesta Sedan a while ago has whetted appetites of many an eager C-Segment car buyer and the launch time of July or August could be pretty frustrating for them.
Also, since the 2011 Hyundai Verna RB will break cover on the 11th of May, it means that Hyundai India would get a full two month heads up over the 2011 Fiesta and that could tilt the scales in the Verna RB’s favor as many prospective buyers could jump ship to the Verna RB.
All said, if you’re looking for a true blue driver’s car that will delight you every time you get behind the wheel. you’d do well to wait for the 2011 Fiesta Sedan. Ford India too would be hoping that the 2011 Fiesta’s wonderful dynamics would help ensure that prospective Fiesta buyers remain in the Ford fold. But, why not advance the launch, Ford India?
